Gold Coast Regional Morning Report: 6.20 am Thursday, 25th February: There's some new SE windswell in the mix this morning, adding size in the chest to head-high range and occasionally bigger across the exposed beaches and there's some little waves to be had inside the points. It's a bit lumpy and junky compliments of light onshore NE to ENE winds up to 10 knots, but the sun's out, the water's warm at around 26-27 degrees, so go on, get out there. The tide is on its way in to an 7.06 am high and it will run out to a low tide at 1.34 pm, before returning to a 7.22 pm high. Rest of the Day Outlook: Combined SSE and easterly swells keep the good times rolling, maintaining fun-sized surf well suited to the open beaches, as onshore ENE winds continue to blow at around 10 knots, keeping conditions bumpy but doable all day.
